1. Mesh technology
We have advanced production lines and technology imported from Switzerland and Germany, including SULZER RUTI P7150 Shuttle looms, Intellectual electronic warping machines, automatic heat setting machines, water washing machines, as well as the most advanced analyzing and testing instruments.

With high quality materials imported from Japan, we produce superior quality polyester and nylon monofilament fabric for screen printing and filtration, with mesh count from mesh 10/inch to mesh 420/inch and the width from 40 inch to 142 inch. The color can be yellow or orange, which is high-tension and low-elongation. They are also used in filter bags for all kinds of industrial filtration, milling industry, and plastic molded filters.

2. Felt Technology
Using the latest technology, Qingdao Great Wall Industrial Co., Ltd. manufactures all kinds of needle felt for liquid and air filtration. Raw materials include polyester, polypropylene, glass fiber, PPS, METAMAX, Acrylic, and P84. Advanced treatments are heating setting, singed, PTFE membrane, PTFE coating, Water and oil-proof, and anti-static by carbon fiber & stainless steel fiber, which are widely used in liquid filter bags and dust collector filter bags under low and high temperature.

3. Fabric Technology
By advanced technology, we produce spunbond polyester filter materials for filter cartridges, which are used in all kinds of industries: metalworking, powder industry, wood industry, and other applications.

We also produce filter cartridges by spunbond polyester as per the requirement of customers.
